This Terms of Use page declares the terms and conditions (the "Terms" and "Agreements") under which visitors may use the Web Site. By accessing the Web Site you accept and agree to be bound, without limitation or qualification, by these Terms. If you do not accept any of the Terms stated here, do not use the Web Site. GDA may, at its discretion, modify or revise these Terms at any time by updating the content contained herein.

Section 1. Use of Material

The material contained in this Web Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, illustrations, artwork, names, logos, trademarks, and service marks ("Material") are protected by copyright and other laws in Canada and elsewhere. The Material includes both content owned by GDA and content owned or controlled by any third parties who have licensed content to GDA. The general layout and architecture of this Web Site is derived from a template provided by Squarespace.com (the “Web Host”) and remains the exclusive, intellectual property of the Web Host.

GDA authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the Material on the Web Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use. However, you may not sell, modify the Material or reproduce the Material in any way, in whole or in part, for any public or commercial purpose without the previous written permission of GDA.

Failure to secure written permission by GDA, in advance is a violation of these Terms.

Section 2. No Warranties

The Web Site and Material contained herein, are provided on an "as is" basis. We imply no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. GDA and its suppliers disclaim all warranties allowed by law including, but not limited to, warranties of title and non-infringement of proprietary or third party rights. GDA and its suppliers make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of the material.

GDA does not warrant that the Web Site will operate error-free or that this web site or their servers are free of computer viruses and/or other harmful items. If your use of the Web Site or the Material results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, GDA, its third-party suppliers and Squarespace.com is not responsible for those costs.

GDA will not be held liable for any third-party software, including but not limited to, the software, template and general architecture used by this Web Site and has been legally provided for by Squarespace.com.

Section 3. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Damages

Your use of the Web Site is at your own risk. If you are dissatisfied with any of the Materials or other contents of the Web Site, or with these Terms and Conditions, and/or GDA’s Privacy Policy, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Web Site.

GDA may, at its sole discretion, remove, or disable access to, Material on the Web Site that infringes on the rights of others.

If you believe that content contained on the Web Site constitutes copyright infringement, please provide GDA with an e-mail notification that includes the following information:

  • Proof that you have exclusive right to the Material that is allegedly infringed.
  • A description of where the Material is on the Web Site that you claim has been infringed upon.
  • Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A good-faith statement by you, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or you are authorized to acton the copyright on the owner’s behalf.

GDA is not responsible for the content of linked third-party web sites and makes no representations regarding the accuracy of materials on such sites. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GDA, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third-party suppliers from and against any and all claims, actions or demands. This includes, without limitation, professional fees incurred by you from your use of the Material and/or your breach of the terms of this Agreement.

GDA makes no claims whatsoever that the Materials are appropriate for any particular purpose or audience. Access to the Materials may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. As a visitor, or by accessing this Web Site, you are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
